WDL error with FTP to website - Missing serial number

Using Version 10.37.S28 and WDL version 6.09. Weather station Vantage Pro 2
Our weather display is no longer appearing on our website. WDL loads as usual and then this error appears (see attachment WDL1.jpg)
Once analysed the following appears(see attachment WDL2.jpg)
Can you tell me whether this is our website or in fact WDL.
My product is registered and we have been using this for about 7 years.

Hi,
Your WDL seems to load fine for me at http://weather.whitstablemarine.co.uk/

Hi, yes, sorry I forgot to mention that. But on our actual website it is asking for a serial number and we cannot understand why.

A serial number is for only ONE website => weather.whitstablemarine.co.uk
You can not use a WDL serial number on another website.

It ALWAYS helps to give the URL to the site / page with a problem.
In this case the explanation would have been given immediately.
Probably the “attachment WDL1.jpg” you mentioned but did not upload, would also has given a clue.

Solution:Ask Brian for a conversion of the WDL key to your 'actual" website.

Aha, good catch Wim.
yes the page calling WDL seems to be https://www.whitstablemarine.co.uk/pages/whitstable-approaches-tide-times with an iframe to weather.whitstablemarine.co.uk which is why it worked standalone, so indeed the serial nuimber for WDL would need to be registered to www.whitstablemarine.co.uk for it to work on the website.

Thanks for your replies. The problem i have with your answers is, this has been working on my website up until last week and i cannot understand why it is now asking for a serial number. If the answer is for Brian to supply another serial number that is fine , but why all of a sudden will it not work.
Thank
Jez

Maybe you switched to https:// last week?
https://weather.whitstablemarine.co.uk/ => serial number error
http://weather.whitstablemarine.co.uk/ => works OK
Any other changes, maybe at your provider you are aware of?
Wim

PS:
Both Chrome and Safari do not display the WDL on your site at all as they switched off FLASH support by default.
I needed to test with FF to find the http <=> https problem.
So a lot of visitors only see an empty white area when using those browsers.

Thanks Wim, I think you may have it. I will check with the web site providers on Monday
Thanks again.
Jez
