Thanks niko! I'm very pleased with the video quality - today is the first day I've actually seen the light of day with it.  Not so pleased with the setup and configuration last night, but it's working now. I'm not going to touch it in case I break something, LOL!

Neighbors sometimes don't appreciate having live shots of their houses on the internet, personally I would tilt it up a bit more so it only shows rooflines and not windows.

I was thinking about that, but I doubt many of my neighbours even know what that little black device is attached to my balcony railing.  Most live so far away they probably couldn't even see it.  It's situated pretty inconspicuously.  I have to re-position it anyway tonight after I get home in the daylight, so I know where it's pointing.  I still have to level it out a bit.
