Monthly Min/Max
« on: September 20, 2016, 09:54:17 PM »
Hi, I found a really cool weather stats page where the author has set up his site to display max and min temps for January through December.  How do I get these stats on my site using Weather Display?

I looked in the tagslist and all I could find was average temps for January to December (%avtempjan% and %avtempjannow%).  If I want to display max and min temps for every month, what tags do I use?

It would have to be something like this:

%mintempforJan%
...
%maxtempforJan%

%mintempforDec%
...
%maxtempforDec%

Seems logical... but right now, those tags don't exist.

Thanks!
Dan

Actually, nice as this is, I was more or less referring to the specific tags required to show the monthly statistics, as shown in the tags example above.  There don't appear to be any.

Would someone kindly tell me if they are available in other tags, or being considered as additional tags for a future release?

Here's an example of what I mean:  http://abbotsfordwx.com/wxtrends.php

Look a bit further down the page and you'll see where the author has set up the max, min and average values for each month, January through December.

Do these tags already exist?  Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place?

That page is a part of Ken True's Saratoga Template.  To find the relevant tags you might download the appropriate template for your locale and look at that particular page, wxtrends.php, to find the tags.  Or you could search through your site's testtags.php for those tags...
