Dislocating the WH-3080 sensors - max cable length?

I have a question regarding the WH-3080. The wind, solar and rain sensors are wired to the temperature sensor (wind–>temp; rain–>solar–>temp). The temperature sensor does the wireless data transmission to the base station.

Due to bad (original) sun protection of the temperature sensor, I want to put the temperature sensor alone in the weather house and put other sensors away to other locations which are about 20 meters away.

My question is, how far away (cable length) can I put my wind sensor (and preferably also the solar one) from the temperature sensor. I know longer cable means higher loss so I wonder if anyone have done this so far.

Thanks.

maybe make sure to use good quality cable (CAT 5?)

I finally found time to do a test with 50 m Cat.5 cable for the wind sensor – it worked OK for my 3-min test. I’ll go ahead with installation and will report back on my findings on longer term.
