Hi, can I somehow connect my old wireless Oregon Scientific WMR968 indoor temp & hum sensor with my new OS WMR300 weather station?
How does the WMR300 console detect indoor temperature? I get indoor temp & hum readings even though there’s no sensor with it. I have a feeling I’m getting readings from the 968 sensor but the temperatures are different.
No, radio frequency and system is very different.
The indoor temp/hum sensors are in the console.

Crikey, in the console, that wouldnt be too accurate due to the console temps? surely it must generate some extra heat?
That’s how the Davis is constructed, and yes, some users do have issues with indoor temp.
I suppose anything to cut cost, and than i suppose for the console area it would need to be an accurate reading as a rule
and i suppose if you want an accurate readin then you would buy an extra temp, still, a shame though, rum setup :?
