Multiple remote stations

Hi.

Hope you guys can help me with my club project, 'cause Iā€™m a noob on this subject. :oops:

We intend to install multiple (3 or more) remote APRS weather stations.

How can I receive data from all stations via APRS and publish it to a website, in order to share the data with our local Volunteer Fire Department.
The intended setup (or at least what I have in mind):
3 remote APRS WXā€™s ā€”> TNC ā€”> 1 RX ā€”>PC
|_> Igate ā€”> Internet

Any help appreciated.
