I have one of these units - I couldn’t get the OS software to even install until I discovered the driver signing work around. Also, I noted that upon connecting a USB cable (the one that came with the unit) that the USB icon would ‘light’ but then go out. I have only today discovered that there is a check box in the USB-UART bridge properties dialog box that indicates ‘allow computer to turn off this device to save power’ (or similar words) - unchecked this and the icon stays on. Great…but the OS software still does not work: the homepage ‘info boxes’ are devoid of any data and although it’s possible to export a history file, there is no data, only headings. I’d be grateful for any thoughts on this issue. I’m running Windows 10.
