Lagrange L1 Sat Images from DSCOVR?

Other than the image posted by NASA a couple days ago, I’ve not seen any new images. Today I went looking for a source but have not found one yet.

The DSCOVR satelight when fully operational is supposed to take 2 images an hour. Would like to be able to capture at least some of those in an image archive for motion display.

DSCOVR: The Deep Space Climate Observatory Mission

The DSCOVR Satelight is now positioned at L1 LATRANGE which is around 1 million miles from Earth at Lagrange point 1 to track space weather and study the Earth.

What will be really interesting is when the moon moves in front of the earth and in view of the satelight.

My guess is that they are not available yet.

I’m waiting too

First time off for a while to play.

NASA has released a rudimentary API "EPIC Daily

For instance: Using North America

Tried it with – and without on both. Another somewhat disappointing thing is that the images are not up to date. The most recent image right now is the 23rd while today is the 24th. Some days have 13 or so images, some only have 4-5.

But… will be interesting once I get the slide show working.
