Boltek home made antenna - UK

I decided to gather the parts and have a go, unfortunatly in the UK, Schedule 40 fitting are really expensive, for example a 3" to 1 1/2" socket reducer is $36!!, anyway, after searching on google found and company who can provide all the parts for less than

I’ve tried to put my antenna on the roof a couple times but I just get interference from somewhere when it’s up there. So I’ve kept it in the loft space where it works fine.

We have an excellent thread on this subject too :wink:
