Maxkon touch screen weather station (wind and air pressure) WS-1081PC using Easyweather software - I’m using Windows 7
Set up station and installed yesterday - everything worked.
Turned off computer last night and this morning the date and time reverted to the default. I would have thought it would take these settings from the computer settings?
Anyway, decided to re-install in case I had missed something during the setup. I’ve done it twice now with no success. I’ve set the Compatability Mode to Windows 7 and I am Adminsistrator and selected Run as Administrator and also clicked the change all user settings. I click the progamme to open it but a box pops up saying I need to be an administator etc, which I have already set!. I click OK and the progamme opens for a few seconds then another box pops up saying it has stopped working and will close.
When I have run the Troubleshooter it seems to think I am running it in Windows XP service pack2. I have re-booted after each installation but it makes no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how toget it to run in Windows 7?
