Hi Everyone,

Is anyone else having a problem with the snow history report? I am on the latest release of WD on Win 7 pro.

The graph is not showing on the Snow History Report. I think this started with the latest release.

I’m using 10.37r b42
here is mine:

Is current snow=snow depth? We haven’t had any snow this season. Not sure why I have any pink (current snow) < 0 in this graph.

John was your first snow of the season on 7/1/12, because that what the tag says?:

$firstsnowseason = ‘7/1/2012’; // …Date of first snow fall of the season

Probably should be 10/14/12?

if you go to view, snow input
do you see the history there?
do you have all those snow log history files in place?
any errors under view, program event log?

Hi Ed.

First snow was 10/14/12.

The part of the snow report that is not working is the right side graph. It should show the snow history for the last several years it’s blank.

I think this problem started with the newest release of WD that I installed today.

I can go back one release to see if that fixes the problem.

there has not been any changes to that part of WD for a while
which version did you upgrade from?

Hi Brian,

I upgraded from your last build 42.

“any errors under view, program event log?” yes two 301 Timeouts

“if you go to view, snow input
do you see the history there?” yes - on the left side of the report, nothing on the right side of the report.

Hi Brian,

I think this problem started with the newest release of WD that I installed today.

If it would help I can go back one release (also build 42) to see if that fixes the problem.

Hi Brian,

I went back to build 42 downloaded 10/27 and everything seems to be working. The report can be seen at http://www.johnsnhweather.com/wxlargesnowreport.php

The issue seems to the latest build.

I can switch back to the latest Build to test if you would like.

It still is not working. I left the latest zip version running. I’ll be back after church.

build 43 works here with your settings
(and I know what I had changed and fixed that)
when I go to view, snow input
(did you check that?)

what exactly is wrong with the data?
(i,e compared to an earlier version of WD)

OK, I know whats wrong
its combinig years into the 1 line
I will upload a fix
