Weather Display is not sending any data to CWOP, MESONET, ect. It only works when I click “Test”. After than nothing. I swichted to port “23” and turned off all firewalls in Windows7.

I think that is one of the problems, it could be blocking the program
see if the croncwop.exe program is runining every 10 minutes, at 5 minutes past the 10 minute time
also .zip and email me your settings files (see my email request about that), so that I can test here

I discovered the problem from your settings
there was a setting that was not set, which gets set, when you go to control panel, FTP/internet setup, connections setup
and click on OK there
