Davis Vue problem with outdoor humidity
« on: February 25, 2012, 03:25:01 PM »
I have just purchased and installed a Davis Vantage Vue weather station with USB datalogger after upgrading from a WH1081 using Heavyweather. Everything is working great apart from the external humidity which appears not to be reading back at all and is static at 92% on weatherdisplay. I have ran weatherlink and the humidity value is displayed correctly (74%) there. I have checked everything I can think off including offsets (they are all sitting at zero) but still cannot get the humidity to read back. I am currently running 10.37R build 16.
Not sure where to start looking next. Any help would be appreciated.

Just found out what it was. The Metar had set to use Humidity. Not sure why but that is what it was.
