Davis VP2 a little extra to keep possible wind driven rain out.

Have finally gotten to a comfortable setting/placement for my Davis VP2 setup. After a couple of months in action and a couple of adjustments/moves.

After living here for our first winter in this house learned a couple of things about the west coast in NZ -

1.) the rain can/does literally go sideways (during winter).
2.) the force of the wind actually causes water to bubble up out of the window drain holes (bubbles like boiling water kinda). This led me to be concerned about any possible openings in the VP2.

The above mentioned have/had made me a little nervous about possible moisture being driven into the ISS or the unit/the box with the wireless antenna on it. I worried more after I opened the unit and could see daylight where that foam plug goes (where the wires come in).

After some thought I came up with a solution (product) that I used/learned when overclocking my computers to sub-zero temperatures.

Should keep the bugs out too.
