I have had a small number of customers who are having troubles with our UVI Meter and I am trying to get to the bottom of the problem. I have tried numerous conditions here and have not been able to get the UVI Meter to fail, even the ones returned as not working.
If you are having troubles with our UVI Meter please reply to this topic and give an much information as you can like software used, 1-Wire master (DS9097U or DS9490R), type of computer, type of wiring, power supplied (voltage and amps), are other devices on the 1-Wire network, temperature, does your UVI Meter have the moisture resistant coating and any other information you think may be relevant.
