is the data shown there?
just tested here and that works OK here
I converted the logfile 2009 but it didn`t solve it.
Same problem.
Also I dont see my 2010 year file after making it. There must be data in it till yesterday but its all empty.
Looks the same as the 2009 file. Empty with only two zeros on day 1 and 2 (Dep. from normal)
I try to delete that files and remake it, but always same problem.
you would need to convert each month logfile for last year to data file 1 at a time
(check those logfiles are correct first)
then under view, av/ext, detailed climate data, set the year to 2009 and click on year to date
also though check the template file has custom tags in it
climatedatayear.html
in the web files folder
(maybe replace that file with the original from the full install download)
It was a hell of a job and worsest is that it didn`t solve the problem.
Spent hours to watch numbers and repaired a lot, but without result.
First I repaired all 2009 logfiles. Then converted them one by one…
I deleted old climateyearout2009 file and looked for the custom tags. All tags looked ok
Also I dont see data in climatedatayearout2010. Other stations with wxclimate has data in that file till today. In my case its same as climatedatayearout2009. (without data)
So I think it can`t be corrupted logfiles? Then all of my files should be corrupted?
The month files I made are ok
have you actually looked in your logfiles for last year?
(and compared them to this year)

and compared the data with this years each month data?
I checked a lot and compared last year and this year logfiles. They are different as they should be.
I compared a few months (via av/ext) from last year and this year and also they are different as they should.
I think I surrender…and give up.
I opened Program event log and saw the box full with this: “Invalid class typecast”
What does this mean? Has it something to do with my problem?

and from this year
month12010.inf, month2010.inf
etc
and I will test here
that error could be the cause of your problems I would say
running the debug version should show an error report to pinpoint where that error is occuring
why give up?
your data files work here OK
so the problem could be with your logfiles
e.g 22009lgsun.txt or 22009lg2.txt
the might be some corrupt data in those date stamped logfiles
(as a test rename your logfiles folder (when wd is not running)
Brian, did as you said. With the new made logfiles (folder) same problem when I make the climatedatayearout2010.
It is strange that I always get the same file with the two zeros in it after trying to make datayearout 2009 or 2010. It looks like that it always took this wrong file when making the datayearout2010 or also datayearout2009 files. It looks like it is stuck or attached to that file.
Also installed the WD Debug version. What to do now?
I set the year to 2009 and clicked on update year to date
then did the same for 2010
