You could rotate the vane to fix it, it’s a hex head locking screw as I recall but it’s a pain because the shaft rotates very freely. You could also just rotate the whole assembly on the mast, in other words the aluminum mounting tube would then point S instead of N (I guess it is pointing N now - right?).
To rule out a wind offset in WD, the console and WD directions do match - right?
Or, you can fix it in the console:
Calibrate Wind Direction Reading
If the anemometer arm cannot be mounted pointing to true north, use this pro
cedure to correct the wind direction console reading.
1.Check the current direction of the wind vane on the anemometer. Compare
it to the wind direction reading on the console.
2.Press WIND as necessary to display the wind direction in degrees.
3.Press and release 2ND, then press and hold SET.
4.The wind direction variable will begin to blink.
5.Continue holding the key until the CAL message appears in the ticker. The
ticker displays the current wind direction calibration value.
6.Press the < and > keys to select digits in the anemometer
I have only just purchased the 6152C about a week or so back and my wind sensors point south from the mounting position too however east and west is correct without needing any adjustments.

OK, so after you see the CAL message you release the SET key, then the wind direction should be frozen with one digit flashing. If not hit Done and follow the sequence again.
So now do a bit of arithmetic, you have -388 calibration, which is a whole rotation + 28 degrees, so add 28 degrees to the displayed wind direction to get the correct value. If the answer is more than 360 subtract 360 until the result is less than 360. e.g. is the display is 100, it should be 128 degrees, if it’s 350 degrees, it should be 18 degrees.
