I’m trying to add the three letters “AGL” (above ground level) next to the “Cloud Base” text, for our gliding club WDL weather page,
the adjustments have been made but I’d like to make it clear for the viewers ( I often get asked: is base MSL or AGL…?)
I could not find what file to work on, appreciate any suggestions,

You can’t amend the text that’s shown below the cloudbase instrument but you can put additional information that appears when you mouse over the instrument. Just use the Configurator to enter text in the Tooltip option.
