you are in luck.
go to the main wdisplay page… There under help there are multiple sections on how to upload templates, control your pages, set up your own pages, and of course you can cut and paste gifs. but it is very easy .
Go to Brian’s site and see the options. All you have to do is to have an isp and web space and you are in business.

its running from a pc in the garage at the farm…
but i am having trouble with the back up power supply
(as the power there flicks off sometimes)
