I wonder if anyone could convert this script so that it can be used with a standard WD mysql database?

I think there are already a few alternatives around based upon the NOAA pages, but that does not suit you?

I have searched but i have not yet found something like this.

The simple answer is yet it can be done with a parser that reads the WD MYSQL and re-orders it to the order and format required by the program.

The hard answer It is quite a complex beast and a quick look didnt suggest any easy method to me.
