FTP not cloaing session [RESOLVED]

Hi,

This recently just started - when WD updates my server it does not always close out the session and remains Idle. What happens then is that the amount of connections to my server maxes out and WD can no longer connect and update my weather page. My provider tells me it is my problem and I can not depend on the server software to disconnect after an hour. Anyway Was using 1037m for quite some time with no problems up grade to the latest 10.37P (?) and it still seems to be happening. Any suggestions?

I noticed WD was not closing the existing FTP connections so changed the FTP session settings in WD from the Real Time Client raw upload screen → Reset interval to a smaller amount and remove the tick box from restart rather than relogin

Well I think I found my problem in my router – I changed a few things and it seems to be working now!
