CWOP problem

I’ve just noticed that no info is being received (or sent?) to CWOP.
I have internet and aprs switched on and am using cwop.aprs.net as the server.

It was all working fine until a few days ago, so can anyone point me in the right direction?

Simon

not really enough information provided to troubleshoot
really need info like what changed on your setup?
what shows in the Ftplogfull.txt file after a scheduled cwop data send?

Thank you for your reply.
I’m not sure that I’ve changed anything in my setup but according to the log file (assuming I have the right one), nothing has been sent since 3rd Dec.

list of files uploaded*

actual messages from upload session*
Start Time/date:02:47:05 03/12/2009
Permanent connection selected
Permanent connection, will do ftp now
Checking for what else to do…
there are 1 more things to do
Aprs data sending now…
Running croncwop.exe now

Finshed email agenda
Finished email agenda, no FTP items to do…
Doing abort procedure/program close…

Is this any help or do I need to delve deeper?

Simon

Aprs data sending now..... Running croncwop.exe now

it is being sent

do you have the croncwop.exe program?

what does the latest logfile show?
make sure you have ticked to use weather display’s Ftpupd.exe, in the connections setup, or at least have ticked, still use for all other
and make sure the main internet switch is on
also set the times to upload to every 10 minutes in the cwop upload

I presume the logfile is ftplogfull which hasn’t changed since 3/12.

Everything else is set as you have indicated.

Simon

make sure you have set to produce a ftp logfile in the connections setup
any errors under view, program error log?

Both those are OK.

It seems strange as everything was working fine before. Perhaps I could try re-installing WD, although it appears to be doing everything correctly.

Thanks for your help in trying to solve this Brian, much appreciated,

Simon

.zip and email me your settings files and I will check on them

you do have the croncwop.exe file?

also, what is the barometer reading showing in WD?

OK I’ll do that but you will have to help me a little.
Where do I find the settings files? How many should there be?

Hi
there is a FAQ on how to do that in the FAQ section of the forum
