Upload clientraw.txt
« on: May 04, 2004, 09:04:38 AM »
Hello all,

I've been looking for over 1 hour now trying to find out how to ftp the clientraw.txt file to my server. I've done it before but that was before I had to reload WD after a HDD crash.

I'd appreciate any help..thanks

a new full version of WD ( an new 10.10i) the clientraw.txt real ftp is now handled by a separate .exe program to WD (you will need to have yoour firewall allow it through), and it will start up auto when WD starts up if you have the real time clientraw.txt file ftp upload enabled in the svg/real time upload (under the webfiles/web page setup)
it will also exit soon after you save and exit WD too...

Although you may have to restart */wdisplay/ clientrawrealtimeftp.exe a few minutes after WD starts up (v10.10v and earlier).

Thanks CaptDilli and Vergil.
I now have the clientraw.txt uploading properly although I cannot tell if it with the new ftp program . At any rate, it is working.
Thanks for your help.
