According to the information on the support forum for this script so does the stat update “live” and the button updates every 1 hour.

A couple of questions if you don’t mind:
What do ‘In’ and ‘Out’ mean?
Does it work by logging IPs? Are robots included?

In is when a visitor on your site click on your ranking button on your site.

Out is when they click on your banner on weather topsite and visit your site.

No, robots does not counts.
