FYI Update:
I installed Windows 7 x32 as a virtual machine and am running VVP on that. Still had the TCP port lock ups, but only with Weatherlink.
Weatherlink and Weather Display are both running on the host that was also running the virtual machine. The port Weatherlink is on still locks up after several hours. The port for Weather Display has never locked up. I have wview running on another host and never had any port lock ups on that.
Moved Weather link to a different host and have not had any port lock ups for over 38 hours now.
