Training suggestion

I been thinking about this for a long time and I finally wanna ask/bring it to your attention. You have amazing software and one of my biggest problems is learning everything. Of course we can read the blue text and also the document that you created but I (and most I’m sure) learn by watching.

My suggestion to you is, how would you feel, about doing a 2-4 hour training of your product for your customers like once a month? There are many options available to do this BUT one of the best things is you can show us how your product works, help us understand everything from start to finish, and it will allow us to really utilize the program better.

Of course, you can pick how many you want to be part of the training, when it is, and how long it will be; but I just wanted to suggest it. It appears that you have a lot of customers already and I’m sure I’m not alone and everyone would most likely LOVE some kind of presentation/training of the program.

All you would need is a simple basic computer that has your software on it, internet connection, and a way to share the desktop and conference.

Working as a computer tech/network specialist in a school district - I have many of our vendors remote in using webex, log me in, or some sort to share desktop and to conference. If you would like to get you some other ones out there let me know.

Again, just throwing this idea out there…[Brian, this could be something you might want to look into as well with Weather Display especially with new customers…]
