Ftping The Clientraw.Txt File

I have noticed some times WD stops ftping the clientraw.txt file to the web page every few seconds. Running more than a few programs on the WD machine may cause this slowdown. A WD restart will result WD ftping the clientraw.txt file to the web page every few seconds again.

try ticking reset the ftp error count
and set the log out/ re login frequency to a smaller number

I have always had reset the ftp error count ticked.
I have always had the Log out/re-login frequency to Every 5 minutes ticked.
In order to have the clientraw.txt file ftp to the web page every few seconds I had to set the above options (some time ago).

you can check under view, ftp log, view real time ftp, to see what its up to, when it stops
