Thanks to Radmil at http://www.vremeto.org/wxsim , there is now a translation plugin for Bulgarian ( български език ) available.
He is also doing translation files for the WD-World-ML template so Bulgarian will be added there too 
Download from http://saratoga-weather.org/scripts-WXSIM.php#plaintext (you just need the plaintext-parser-lang-bg.txt file to add to your installation)

BTW… this brings our languages up to 16 (including the native WXSIM English).
