Hi everyone,
I’m nearly finished building a 1-wire weather station plus Inspeed Vortex and E-vane with Windworks. I have already set up the Hobby Boards modified Rainwise rain gauge. We have been having a lot of thunder storms and because I have no lightning protection installed yet I have been shutting down WD and disconnecting both ends of the 1-wire bus whenever I hear thunder nearby.
My understanding was that the counts added to the rain gauge counter while WD is off would be picked up at restart. Have I got this wrong or have I missed a setting in WD somewhere?
