consolewd centos 5 wmr200

I am trying to get a WMR200 working on a CentOS box, a few questions I am not clear on. I am running as root to test and have commented out the necessary lines to do so.

  • In the config.txt what should the type be for the WMR200?
  • In the config what should set so consolewd does not try to connect to the serial port and instead uses the usb port.
  • The WMR200 connects via USB, a lsusb shows the following:

Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0764:0501 Cyber Power System, Inc. CP1500 AVR UPS
Bus 003 Device 003: ID 04fa:2490 Dallas Semiconductor DS1490F 2-in-1 Fob, 1-Wire adapter
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0fde:ca01
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

I am assuming that “Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0fde:ca01” is the WMR200, it appears and disappears when I plug and unplug the console for the wmr200. I see other references to running on CentOs so if I am asking something documented elsewhere please let me know. Thanks in advance.
