remote will not work - any help please. Also thermo hygro works but no outside temp or humidity displayed on main unit.
Very new to IROX but had many weather stations in the past.
Be grateful for any input.

make sure the barometer reading on the console is within expected range (fine tune the sea level offset on the console to do that)
(i.e what is the barometer reading showing on the console?)
also make sure to have the outdoor temp/hum sensor set to channel 1
Is the IROX connected to a PC?
Thanks for the input everyone who answered. IROX is set to sea level. Now for the good news, I left it to settle overnight and it all suddenly started working. Maybe it needed to settle down. The remote control does not work as yet but will persevere and see if it miraculously starts to respond. Always grateful for any input into weather, fascinated by it.

Are you running on Battery or Mains Power?
The Remote only works when the Mains Power adaptor is plugged in.
