Show warnings only when available?

Hi Folks

Is it possible to show the weather warnings from an RSS feed only when there available?
Or perhaps show an image that’s clickable to a warnings page only when there available?

I have then showing in my header at present but i think they would look better in the
gizmo bar (whatever its called) again, only when available?
