i downloaded weather display today, read the read me and installed the things in the deploy folder in the usr/lib directory, it started calling for a lib file, which i then did some reaserch and to my astonsihment found that you where supposed to put the libs there. i ran apt-find and my computer does have the nessisary lib installed but weather display still will not start

as you can see the file is on my system why won’t weatherdisplay work?
i am stumped the file is on my computer and yet weather display won’t even start v.v
please help? o.o
