ok, now, email me your settings, so i can see what you have the program doing
i.e
wdisplay.ini from c:\windows or c:\winnt
and
go action, back up regsitry, then click on back now, then email me the file wdisplayftp.reg from the folder databackup
now, when you say blank screen, can you decribe in more detail what you mean?
i am working with someone else who has a similar problem, and I was able to duplicate
reboot
its under setup, ftp/internet setup, in the reboot/report tab
