I hope to add moisture sensing to my VP2 later this year and am wondering whether I should be considering a 1-Wire network instead of getting the Davis moisture station. Main usage will be to feed the info to the PC where I hope to use it to adjust my sprinkling for lawn and garden areas. Of course I also want to get it into WD for use on my website.
I don’t care if the info ends up on a console for display, as long as the data is captured/processed for WD. The sprinkling will be controlled by Indigo HA software.
