Forgive any stupidity here, but is there a way, using “manage your ftp web server” perhaps, to see how much space WD is using? I am using a 3rd party server to host WD and was running out of space after 3 years of data.

you could tally each file size maybe
but under the web file upload times, untick upload dialy date stamped graphs…
that will save web space
I went in and deleted all the 2001 and 2002 gif files and saved a bundle. I could buy more space but nobody ever looks at that data anyway. That was the crux of the problem I asked you about awhile back where I was getting the device full error on intermittent uploads. I was down to 10 megs and it would error every now and then.
