Could you tell me what weather station your using?
if you go to control panel in whether display you will see summary image & icons
there are quite a few settings in their which influences WDL icon outlook
weather forecast outlook may be coming from your weather station ,or they may be coming from a metar
may be somebody could elaborate with more experience in this area
