Basically they want you to send your data with the minute that corresponds with the last number in your call sign. Example, mine is AR919 so they suggest sending my data at 9 minutes after the hour at your selected interval. Preferably no more then once every ten minutes.
Any easy way to do this with WD?
I only see options for uploading at 5, 10 minutes, 15 minutes
but all times are referenced from 0:00 hour
You don’t indicate what version of WD you are running - but using 1037H build 18, in the CWOP area just above the buttons for setting every x number of minutes is an “offset minutes by” selector. If you want to upload to cwop every 10 minutes but spaced for instance 7, 17, etc - set the “offset to 7”. if you want to upload every 15 minutes, set the offset, select that button, etc.

I noticed on the latest build (26) that the offset does not work If I choose to upload every 30 minutes. If I set the offset to 3 minutes then select 30 min intervals it enters the 00 / 30. all other offsets work 10 / 20 become 13 / 23 etc.
