Me I am an architect, but I could learn from the forecasters. Working on a construction site in Durban, South Africa - we would like to set up a webcam which makes nice pictures the likes you find on your weathercam sites. I have the basic gear - PC, Olympus camera, Cam2Com software, ImageMagic, ImageSalsa and all that Jazz, but there’s need for some script files to stitch the components together, and make the system run automatically. Special requirement is that the camera makes a high-resolution picture, then the script file calls for another program to downsample it and save the smaller picture seperately. Please help. Remuneration for your efforts is possible - furthermore you will get a view onto the Indian Ocean on the web.

I know it can be daunting getting everything working. I posted this in the other thread, but I’ve also updated my web page since with hopefully clearer instructions on what you need to get it all working.
I’ve also uploaded all my config files so hopefully this helps you get it all working.
