Convert PTZ camera to IP camera

Has anyone here converted a normal PTZ camera to an IP based camera ?

There are ways. Not sure how cheap.

What's a "normal PTZ camera"? Do you mean convert a USB cam to an IP cam? If so then there are USB Ethernet servers like this Keyspan one.

I may be wrong but I thought he meant analog PTZ to IP PTZ.
