I have done lots of testing (by setting the time/date on my back to the start of this month)
and found some conflicting code and tidied things up and its all good now 
the printing and emailing of the reports (at 14 minutes past the reset hour) also works again now
as does the date stamped graph files and dailynoaareports (date stamped) etc, month graphs (and date stamped),etc
