I just moved my FTP site to another, and now i cant seem to have it uploading… in stead i get this on my page:

If it’s this site you’re uploading too: http://www.maltaweather.net/sananton/ then I can see the WDL data but the last update is showing as 11:45:11 today. So there is no data coming from the new FTP site.
The message you’re getting looks like your browser needs the Flash plug-in installed as that’s what will be displayed to viewers without the Flash plug-in. I take it you’ve used a Dynamic Drive background image on the page?
Have you changed your browser to Firefox as well as changing the FTP site?
No exactly, i just changed to to another site… do i need to upload some files in the new ftp?
Also i keep getting an error from the update telling me it has encountered a problem
Is this http://www.maltaweather.net/sananton/ the url? If so then WDL is working, but the clientraw data isn’t getting updated. If a different URL then please post it.
To troubleshoot the ftp problem click on the realtimeftp icon in the systray and post a screenshot so we can see what’s happening.
Also did you update your Real time clientraw setup page for the new site?

Also you have a rather old version of WDL running and I would recommend updating.

The only other thing I was going to suggest is; if you’ve changed ISP or server host then make sure that the Host/Server name, directory, user name and password are correct in the Connections page of WD.

If you notice its kind of working but telling me Serial Number Error.
I updated to the latest Weather display 10.37d, and now i keep getting this:
ftpupd.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. We are sorry for any inconvenience!!!

From where can i get my serial number? I replaced it with “Evaluation” and it worked
If you change the URL of where WDL is being displayed then you need a new serial number.
I think Julian is looking after this while Brian is storm chasing in the U.S but try emailing [email protected] and include your current serial number and the new web address. You should get the new serial through as soon as the email is picked up.
Actually Julian is the one that issues WDL licenses. You can contact him directly by PMing Softvark or sending an email to the listed email address in his profile.

Unfortunately i have 2 problems now…
I keep getting this on my screen:
ftpupd.exe has encountered a problam and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.
And, on my internal network WDL is not uploading, whilst outside the network evrything is working fine… STRANGE!
