The way I do it is to use it as the background to a custom screen then I add the date & time tags. When I re-size the window I’m able to cut off the extra black area that I don’t want. I end up with a nice looking graphic and a greatly reduced file size. You can see it at the bottom of this page:

Last question is how you set the customscreen update frequency, currently at 1min (the longest time available).

When you have that custom screen open for editing, right click and there’s a big menu with an option to set the creation and upload times. I manually set mine to upload the 4 times per day that I needed.
Done!
I setup the creation/upload time the same as plaintext.txt upload. Forecast and graph image upload happen at the same time.
