It looks like over exposure.
It could be the camera trying to compensate for the dark roofs in the top and bottom of the picture and not being able to adjust enough for the brightness of the sky.
Would it be possible to point the camera in a different direction for a couple of days, where it can see more sky and less dark objects, to see if this makes a difference?

Budgie is correct you need to move your camera the dark area looks like roof over hang on the upper left of your screen is the problem

I think youre right about the black roof in the bottom and top of the pic. Its difficult for me to move the webcam - so i will try and put in some white tape infront of the webcam - maybe that would solve the problem.
