Need help with weather conditions / warning emails

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, so if I am asking a redundant question, please forgive me.

I have gotten my weather underground and other pages to update, but I cannot get the email items to work. I have typed in my SMTP server for Juno, which is the ISP that I use, and when the upload process gets to the email portion, it times out on connecting to server. Even clicking Test doesn’t work. No other errors seem to occur. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem that may use Juno, or if this is just something I need to talk to Juno folks about. Thanks.

what is the smtp settings you have used,…i will try from here
and or maybe you need to use auth login, which you can set and select too…

smtp server: smtp.juno.com
my email address: [email protected]
port: 25 (default)

I tried checking “use auth login” and entering my username and password in the box in the wx report section and testing, but it still timed out on server connecting.
