I checked the option to "Produce and upload a small animated a small current conditions gizmo and upload to web page" but I cannot seem to find the file gizmo.gif anywhere on my server.

Can you find anything that begins with gizmo?  The files being produced are gizmotemer.gif, gizmohum.gif, gizmorain.gif, gizmobaro.gif, etc.  These are located in the webfiles directory.

I think it will only create a file named gizmo.gif unless you have checked create individual gizmo's for each condition.
