The place file I think is this one USA-TOPO.bmp. It is 117kb in size.
I put it into a zip file (much smaller). it is temporarily here
There is a site which has all these, but I don’t recall the link. Was a while ago as well. I’m sure it is in the GRLevel3 Users forum though.
