Hi,
Your HTML editor is causing the some of the problems.
In wxlocal5.html the tags for temperature greater than and less can be
corrected with windows notepad to replace the > with >
and the &lt; with <
this would correct four problems.

<td width="35%">%daysTmax&gt;30C% day(s)</td>
<td>%daysTmax&gt;25C% day(s)</td>
<td>%daysTmin&lt;0C% day(s)</td>
<td>%daysTmin&lt;-15C% day(s)</td>

Some tags do not have units as part of the tag, over type units to correct

barometer - in
month   over type in. with hPa
years   over type in. with hPa

wind gust - mph
month  over type mph with kmh
year   over type mph with kmh

windchill - F
Month just change F to C

windrun - miles
over type miles with kilometers

I see everything in C except windchill, and it just appears to have a F instead of C as the numbers appear correct.

I believe Gus already answered that for you. I highly recommend you edit the templates in a text editor (Notepad).
