How to add 10 days forecast to my site?

I am new with weather sites.
Could anyone advice how can I add 7-10 days forecast to my site?
Plugin? HTML code from other site? PHP script? etc…

You need to find a source of forecast data to be able to answer that question. Outside of the US free forecasts are difficult (or impossible) to find. Some people ‘borrow’ forecasts from other sites, but that may not be legal (you’d need to check the terms and conditions/copyright info from host site to be sure you could use the information). There are paid for forecasts available and these would normally come with example code to show you how to include them on your site, but you may not want to pay the asking price!
