I like it. It’s a very nice example of a three column site.
Just a couple of things:
Your right column is just a bit larger than 1024x768, causing a horizontal scroll bar.
The pop-up with more info is an interesting idea but it confused me at first. I’m so used to scrolling over from the nav to the subnav. I kept trying to highlight the popup (but it kept moving with my mouse!).
The weather news appears to be generic news from Accuweather :? The story I clicked on was talking about thunderstorms in the Midwest? #-o Then I clicked on another which talked about snow in Idaho???
I’d love to see a webcam.

Thanks Tom and Dan. I repaired those little glitches that made the page to wide for the screen and eliminated the Weather News altogether. As for the menu mouseovers, I’ll work on those later.
We do have a few camping places around. I think there are 2 on the island istelf, and I know of one exceptional RV park on the Intracoastal Waterway that is very popular. (http://www.lanierscampground.com/) So far, Topsail Island has managed to avoid most of the commercial development that seems to invade most coastal communities. But that has begun to change.
